Gordon Research Conference: Bioinspired Materials

The Gordon Research Conferences (GRC) are world-famous for their high-level, off-the-record scientific discussions. The 3rd International Online Conference on Biomimetics (IOCB2026)

Organized by the prestigious MDPI (Publisher of Open Access Journals), this conference is chaired by world-renowned expert Prof. Dr. Stanislav N. Gorb. It is a premier academic event for researchers to present abstracts on bioinspired materials, bioinspired Design, bioinspired robotics, bioinspired sensors and biological management.

Biologically Inspired Materials, Processes, and Systems (BIMPS) 2026

Part of the SPIE Smart Structures + Nondestructive Evaluation symposium, BIMPS focuses on the "engineering" of biomimicry. This year’s highlights include soft robotics, bio-inspired black pigments from plastic waste, and materials that mimic the energy-damping properties of citrus peels.
