Lead Innovation Facilitator: Alistair Daynes
Alistair is a business innovator who specialises in finding profit-creating and sustainability solutions for organisations. He has worked with startups, scale ups and enterprises such as Standard Bank, Exarro, Schumacher College, the (and many more). Alistair has served as an associate faculty for European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability, assisted a VC spark 30+ entrepreneurs to start 11 businesses, and is the cofounder of ReWild Africa (to which he still advises).

Jess has an unwavering passion for nature, education and design, which slowly steered her career into specialising in biomimicry and design. She led the course design of the Learn Biomimicry courses, worked closely with Claire Janisch and BiomimicrySA for around 10 years. Today she’s more globally focused, and frequently works alongside worldclass organisations, biomimicry practitioners and innovators. Jess is passionate about improving the way that we design our products and systems and believes that biomimicry provides both the vision and the means to do so.
